Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Change Management or a related role.
• PROSCI certification, CCMP certification, or equivalent Change Management certification.
• Hands-on experience with Change Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop visual, executive-friendly communications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Change Impact Assessments to identify effects of changes on stakeholders.
• Perform Stakeholder Analysis to identify groups and needs.
• Develop and execute change communication plans aligned with project objectives.
• Create clear, engaging communications, presentations, and change materials.
• Support stakeholder engagement and management throughout the change lifecycle.
• Translate complex information into easily understandable communications for various audiences.
• Help drive awareness, understanding, adoption, and readiness for organizational changes.
• Manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Work effectively within ambiguous or evolving project environments.
• Maintain change-management plans, calendars, stakeholder assessments, and deliverables.
• Track activities and ensure deliverables meet timelines.
