• Ability to draft clear written rationales.

• Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze cargo and parcel claims documentation, including air waybills and photos.
• Assess custody, liability, and release rules for disputed shipments.
• Draft clear written rationales supporting custody and liability determinations.
• Evaluate delivery photo disputes and provide detailed findings.
• Identify inconsistencies or procedural issues in freight documentation and submissions.
• Provide input to support AI-powered claims process training.
