Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance claims management with focus on auto liability, property, catastrophe, and contents assessment.
• Active state adjuster license or professional certifications (AIC/CPCU/HAAG/ACTAR).
• Experience with comparative fault and complex liability assessments.
• Expertise interpreting photographic, video, and aerial imagery in claims.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze disputed-fault auto claims from video, statements and documentation.
• Assess property and catastrophe damages using imagery to determine liability and loss.
• Evaluate contents claims using photographic evidence with detailed valuation.
• Draft clear, well-reasoned determination reports per adjuster standards.
• Apply comparative fault principles to support accurate claim outcomes.
• Communicate findings and rationale in written and verbal form.
• Contribute to data and insights to advance AI system accuracy in claims processing.
