Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Senior Cargo and Parcel Claims Examiner for a remote contract role. You will review cargo claims, analyze air waybills, photos, and delivery records to determine custody and liability while ensuring compliance with release rules.

The position requires strong written and verbal communication, experience with air cargo or parcel disputes, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Commitment is 10–40 hours per week, with hourly compensation.
