Job summary

Belle is seeking Community Health Workers to provide in-home foot care for seniors, helping them stay safe, healthy, and independent. Roles can be full-time or part-time, typically Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with at least two days per week and occasional evenings or weekends.

Regular local travel is required. You will conduct foot assessments via Belle's mobile app, follow hygiene protocols, and build trust with members while documenting visits and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology's and/or state required Nail Technician Licensure.
• May not be debarred or excluded from Medicare, Medicaid, FEHBP or any government programs.
• Valid Driver's License and adequate car insurance.
• Able to maintain reliable transportation.
• Basic mobile device skills.
• Completing credential checks (background/drug) as required by state.
• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 15 lb.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in senior therapeutic foot care, prioritizing lower extremity health and safety.
• Adhere to Belle protocols to guarantee a hygienic service, minimizing infection risk.
• Conduct thorough foot assessments using Belle's mobile app during each service.
• Cultivate a positive rapport with members, building trust and delivering foot care education.
• Keep accurate member records with HIPAA compliance and coordinate with Belle's admin team.
• Ensure punctuality for appointments and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Expand knowledge by participating in Belle-provided continuing education.
• Assist with booking future appointments for members before leaving.
• Work within the scope of the Community Health Worker role.
