Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in captive consulting, risk management, or alternative risk financing.
• Experience leading teams and client engagements in captive insurance.

Responsibilities

• Leads, mentors, and develops a team of Captive Consultants and Senior Captive Consultants.
• Oversees delivery of feasibility studies, formation projects, and ongoing captive program reviews.
• Drives growth of the captive consulting practice by identifying new business opportunities and leading proposals.
