Job summary

SalesCaptain, a global B2B growth partner, is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to lead outbound strategy for international clients. This full-time remote role operates on EU hours and focuses on crafting high-converting cold email and LinkedIn outreach.

You will conduct audience research, define ICPs, create messaging, evaluate performance, and report progress to clients while pursuing upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Marketing, Sales, GTM, or as a BDR at tech companies.
• Proven ability to write high-converting cold email sequences with evidence.
• Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering for messaging.
• Background in Tech, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
• Willingness to experiment with new AI sales tools monthly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for our international clients
• Perform in-depth audience research, industry research, and competitor analysis to understand each client's USPs, the market needs, and identify the right positioning for the client
• Define the targeting & ICP criteria for every campaign based on in-depth audience research
• Create messaging for the Outbound campaigns using a combination of your own copy & AI and in-depth audience research
• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations to help achieve our campaign KPIs and improve lead quantity
• Identify, evaluate, and test new campaign angles and niches to increase positive replies
• Communicate with clients and create reports to showcase progress and results, and manage retention and upselling
