Sentara Health is seeking a Senior Business System Analyst to support, enhance and implement applications across the organization. This fully remote role focuses on enrollment and eligibility processes, EDI 834 exchanges, and coordinating with IT, vendors, and business units.

The position requires 4 years of relevant experience, strong SQL, HTML/CSS skills, and SDLC experience (Agile/Waterfall). Remote opportunities are available in numerous states, including Virginia and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, IT, or related field (Required) or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu.
• 4 years of relevant experience (Required)
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS (Preferred)

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT groups, and external partners regarding Enrollment and Eligibility processes (EDI 834).
• Elicit detailed requirements from stakeholders for onboarding and maintenance of EDI 834 transactions.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting of enrollment data and EDI transactions.
• Lead testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities for enrollment systems and EDI integrations.
