Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Advanced SQL experience required.
• Experience with EDI-834 files preferred; QNXT/Facets helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, enhancements, and implementation for enterprise software applications.
• Oversee medium-to-large scale projects; develop plans, timelines, and resource coordination.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders using appropriate methods; document and validate needs.
• Develop detailed test cases, run tests, and present results to business and technical managers.
• Collaborate with developers to estimate fixes and enhancements; propose feasible solutions.
