Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to lead data management activities across the lifecycle, bridging business needs and technical teams to design efficient data integration, map source-to-target data, and craft precise technical specifications.

You will develop and optimize SQL queries, support dashboards, ensure data quality and governance, and drive testing and UAT in an agile remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• 5+ years creating and maintaining source-to-target mappings.
• 5+ years developing complex SQL queries.
• 5+ years gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• 5+ years conducting root cause analysis on complex datasets.
• 2+ years planning testing, data reconciliation, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management analyses across the lifecycle.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Create and maintain S2T mappings for data warehousing.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for analysis and reporting.
• Gather requirements, write user stories, and translate needs into specs.
• Perform root cause analysis and identify actionable insights.
• Plan, execute, and coordinate testing and UAT.
• Support dashboards, data quality, and governance initiatives.
• Produce documentation including system requirements and user manuals.
• Coordinate training sessions for end users.
• Manage multiple projects in an Agile team.
