Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst to join a partner-led team in the United States. You will connect financial performance with day-to-day operations, analyze business needs, and drive data-driven decisions across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, operations analysis, financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze cross-functional business and operational challenges and connect findings to financial outcomes or resource decisions.
• Strong financial analysis background including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, or financial modeling.
• Proven ability to investigate root causes, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical improvements.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Experience developing financial or operational reports, dashboards, and monitoring performance indicators.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across the organization to identify analytical priorities and deliver actionable insights.
• Analyze operational performance, workload, service demand, staffing capacity, costs, and resource requirements to support planning and decision-making.
• Investigate root causes of operational challenges and evaluate solutions, including staffing adjustments and process improvements.
• Prepare financial reports, budget-to-actual variances, forecasts, and financial models to support planning.
• Translate operational activity into financial projections, scenario analyses, and investment recommendations.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools for visibility into performance.
• Collect and reconcile data from multiple sources, ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Present findings clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholders with recommended actions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen reporting practices.
• Support administration of financial and operational systems, including user access and Ramp integration.
• Manage analytics and process-improvement projects independently from definition to implementation.
