Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager-Dietary Supplement Ingredients to drive growth in human grade probiotics and related ingredients across dietary supplements, functional foods, and beverages. This role leads strategy, opportunities, and key partnerships while coaching a direct report.

You will engage cross-functional partners, analyze markets, and negotiate complex agreements to deliver profitable revenue growth for the Performance Products Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in business development, sales, or commercial leadership in probiotics/functional foods.
• Strong product commercialization and portfolio planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of growth strategies for probiotics and dietary ingredients.
• Manage strategic accounts, negotiations, and complex sales cycles.
• Coach one direct report and ensure pipeline discipline.
• Forecast, analyze profitability, and present commercial cases to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on value propositions and launches.
