Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a National Account Manager for the East Territory. This remote role focuses on driving sales for HHB probiotic activities, managing new and existing customer relationships, and aligning with regional and HQ strategies.

You will coordinate with Regional Sales Directors and Legal to navigate commercial agreements and ensure TM compliance. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preference for dietary supplement/OTC sector, and strong communication skills to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in the dietary supplement and/or OTC market preferred.
• Territory sales experience.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to meet all territory language requirements.
• Ability to execute global and regional strategies and policies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead both existing and new customer engagements effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed defined sales targets.
• Execute global and regional pricing strategies.
• Position Novonesis as a trusted probiotic supplier.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers while developing new ones.
• Drive commercial agreement discussions with support from RSD and Legal.
• Ensure TM agreement compliance.
• Voice of the customer in cross-functional development activities.
