FedEx Corporation is seeking a Business Architect Advisor to guide the identification of business value through strategy, analysis, planning, and design of manual and automated solutions. The role leads cross-functional teams and translates business needs into technology requirements, ensuring program objectives are met.

The position involves developing enterprise programs, managing risks, and presenting progress to management, with some travel required.

Competenze

• Six years of experience with at least four areas: applications development/maintenance, transportation/logistics operations, business analysis, business process modeling, data modeling, standards/processes, metrics design/analysis, software design.

• Establishes, monitors, and directs project work streams with executive management briefings.
• Develops plans to measure performance, scorecards, and end-user feedback for enhancements.
