Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential for success. The position emphasizes collaboration with operations, development staff, and clients to define and validate business requirements, test criteria, and success factors.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical organization
• Strong communication skills using the English language (written and verbal)
• Communicates on complex or sensitive issues or drafts responses for supervisor or manager.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of reports and surveys.
• Publish results for internal and external clients.
• Develop and maintain requirements and business processes.
• Develop functional test cases and coordinate with QA.
• Extract, analyze, and report data to support program activity.
• Document best practices and continuously measure outcomes.
