Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for a fully remote role with up to 10% travel. You will translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and work with development and QA teams to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.

The position requires 5–7 years of BA experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong written and verbal English communication. This is an opportunity to influence complex programs and contribute to strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in a BA role.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Medicaid Enterprise Systems experience highly desired.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of reports and surveys.
• Publish results for internal and external clients as appropriate.
• Work with MS SQL Server and analytical processing systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and validate data collection methods.
• Evaluate data quality and maintain reporting operations and documentation.
• Develop business requirements and translate into system requirements.
• Develop functional test cases and coordinate with QA during testing.
• Document best practices and measure outcomes for results.
