Qualifications

• 3+ years of business analysis experience on medium-sized initiatives.
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and writing of technical docs.
• Experience eliciting requirements and facilitating meetings.
• Knowledge of process/workflow modeling.
• Experience with agile methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
• Facilitate meetings with IT and business units.
• Understand business domain, processes, systems, data, and linkages.
• Lead or participate in business process analysis for requirements.
• Partner with test teams to plan testing strategies and ensure traceability to requirements.
• Provide guidance for reporting and how-to requirements.
• Engage in lifecycle phases to ensure requirements are met.
• Define/refine business needs for new or enhanced products or processes.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
