Qualifications

• 3+ years of business analysis experience supporting medium-sized initiatives.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
• Facilitate meetings with IT and business unit management and staff.
• Understand domain, processes, systems, data, and linkages for project deliverables.
• Lead business process analysis to identify requirements.
• Partner with test teams to plan testing strategies and ensure traceability to requirements.
• Provide guidance for reporting documentation and how-to requirements.
• Engage in Center of Excellence activities and adhere to best practices.
• Participate in all project lifecycle phases to ensure needs are understood and met.
• Define or refine business needs for new or enhanced products or processes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and consult to understand goals.
