Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in healthcare or payor environments.
• Encounter validation, reporting, and reconciliation experience.
• Strong SQL for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and mapping workflows.
• Proficient in UAT planning, test case creation, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a payer environment.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and drive solutions.
• Analyze data, perform testing, and support regulatory reporting.
• Proactively schedule calls and push projects forward with stakeholders.
• Support Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
