Qualifications

• 0-3 years (Ph.D.) or 4-6 years (Master’s) experience.
• expertise in DNA sequencing data analysis, algorithm development, statistical methods, and ML models (GLMs, neural networks)
• proficiency in Python, Linux, and relevant bioinformatics tools
• familiarity with public databases like TCGA, COSMIC, OncoKB
