Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist for a remote role in the United States. You will handle failed bills and claims, process electronic submissions, and monitor errors to drive resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire - company paid.
• Billing experience on multiple payers or as SME on one payer.
• Must pass typing test of 35 words per minute (error adjusted).
• Willingness to travel and work onsite as needed; remote role.

Responsibilities

• Review and update failed bills and claims on host system and billing vendor.
• Process daily electronic submissions and 277s to resolve claim issues.
• Monitor daily claim errors and propose system fixes to improve processes.
• Handle daily late charges and rebills.
• Attach documentation to claims and mail as needed.
