Job summary

UW Medicine IT Services, a part of the University of Washington, seeks a Senior BI Developer (Clinical/ Pharmacy) for a 100% remote, full-time role. Expect 40 hours weekly with core hours 08:00–17:00 PST, Monday–Friday.

You will design, implement, and maintain reporting solutions across Epic Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, and Willow to support clinical operations and analytics. The ideal candidate has Epic certifications, 4+ years in healthcare IT, and strong SQL/BI tool experience to lead data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Epic certifications required as listed above.
• Strong experience with Epic Willow reporting and Cogito tools.
• 3+ years of BI reporting and SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify business and technical impacts of user requirements and articulate to stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality technology business solutions and reporting objects.
• Create ad hoc queries, data sources, and reports supporting operations.
• Collaborate with Analytics leadership to set standards and processes for BI developers.
• Gather and document reporting requirements with clinical and operational customers.
