Job summary

Xtensys is seeking a Senior Epic Cogito BI Analyst to provide advanced system-level support for clinical and financial applications in a healthcare setting. You will mentor analysts, manage multi-project efforts, and drive BI initiatives using Epic Cogito and UserWeb.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic collaboration, and a strong focus on hospital and health system data. A mostly remote arrangement with some onsite support is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Epic Cogito and enterprise intelligence tools.
• Minimum two years of experience with Epic Cogito, UserWeb, and related BI reporting.
• Experience with SQL and data modeling for Epic BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in project planning sessions with goals, milestones, and procedures.
• Mentor junior analysts to ensure consistency and quality of application support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI solutions with clinical and operational needs.
