Job summary

UW Medicine IT Services seeks a Senior Cogito Developer 3 (Clinical / Beaker-AP) to lead data reporting across Epic Cogito tools. You will collaborate with Analytics leadership and clinical informatics, delivering reliable data solutions and analytics for finance, operations, and clinical areas.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, coding, testing, and mentoring other developers within a federated analytics environment. 100% remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Information Systems, Math, IT, Business Admin or related field.
• Epic Cogito Fundamentals and Cogito Tools Administration certifications required.
• Beaker-AP experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements with analytics and clinical teams.
• Design, code, test, and maintain Cogito and BI reporting objects using best practices.
• Provide production support and respond to BI/Cogito-related help desk tickets.
