Job summary

3Cloud is seeking a Senior Power BI Consultant focused on data to partner with clients on reporting and analytics initiatives. You will leverage Power BI, Databricks, and SQL Server to design, build, and optimize BI solutions, working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes advanced data modeling, licensing optimization, and delivering end-to-end BI pipelines, with a strong emphasis on communication and business outcomes. Remote in the Philippines, full-time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with data/BI on Microsoft stack (Power BI, SSRS, PowerPivot) or similar.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong TSQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience delivering Power BI report solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery meetings to determine reporting requirements.
• Understand Power BI licensing options and tailor them to client needs.
• Create star-schema data models for Power BI with calculated columns and measures.
• Build Power BI solutions including data import, reports, dashboards, and DAX elements.
• Guide deployment of Power BI solutions to service (Gateways, DirectQuery, Data Flows, Data Updates).
