Job summary

ThinkBAC Consulting LLC is seeking a Sr. Grid Infrastructure Commissioning Engineer for fully remote work in the USA. This role focuses on utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, overseeing technical engineering, construction oversight, and commissioning execution.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in project engineering, EPC, or commissioning in the power industry.
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage utility substations and power systems.
• Strong understanding of ISO/RTO commissioning compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, construction, and commissioning for utility-scale BESS projects.
• Negotiate interconnection agreements alongside engineering teams.
• Lead RFQ/RFP development with procurement and consultants.
