Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics.
• CFA designation and/or MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years in investment industry, with business development or consultant relations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop distribution strategy and relationships with investment consultants.
• Identify and call on ERISA institutional investors to generate mandates.
• Understand RCIM capabilities across fixed income, equity, and alternatives.
• Collaborate with PMs, Investment Pros, and Marketing for compelling presentations.
• Document client interactions in CRM and keep stakeholders informed.
