Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
• Fluent in English — professional fluency for global collaboration.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices and event-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services powering Jeeves across 20+ countries.
• Write production-grade code in Go, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript and participate in reviews.
• Build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs; design inter-service communication.
• Own backend features end-to-end from design to deployment and security.
