Jeeves is a stablecoin-native banking platform serving global enterprises, enabling cross-border payments, treasury, and card programs across multiple countries.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will connect Jeeves to customers' ERPs and internal systems, design flows, and own the go-live path with finance and engineering teams.You will work hands-on, writing production code and engaging directly with Controllers and CFOs.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of professional software or tech implementation experience.
• 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
• Fluent in English and at least one of Spanish or Portuguese.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed.

Aufgaben

• Build and ship integrations between Jeeves and customer ERPs and accounting systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Map customer data models (chart of accounts, cost centers, entities, vendors) to Jeeves and keep them in sync.
• Debug integration issues end-to-end, from API logs to month-end reconciliation.
• Own the technical onboarding for strategic accounts from scoping to go-live and adoption.
