Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a remote, contract-to-hire engagement focused on claims insurance with Guidewire Claims Center experience preferred. The role acts as a liaison between business units and IT, translating business needs into clear requirements and designs for technology solutions.

Applicants must be willing to work on a W2 basis with benefits, and may convert to full-time after the contract period.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of business analysis experience.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and writing with technical documentation experience.
• Experience eliciting requirements and facilitating meetings.
• Knowledge of process/workflow modeling and testing practices.
• Guidewire Claims Center experience and insurance domain knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Capture, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
• Facilitate meetings with IT and business unit management and staff.
• Understand the business domain, processes, systems, data, and linkages to create project deliverables.
• Participate in or lead business process analysis to identify requirements.
• Partner with test teams to prepare testing strategies and execution plans, ensuring test cases map to requirements.
• Provide guidance for reporting documentation and how-to requirements.
• Engage in all project lifecycle phases to ensure business requirements are understood, documented, and met.
