Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as a liaison between business units and IT, translating needs into clear requirements and designs for technology solutions. The role focuses on claims insurance, with Guidewire Claims Center experience highly desired, and is a remote contract-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities include capturing and analyzing requirements, facilitating IT/business meetings, and understanding the domain to deliver quality project artifacts.

Formación

• Three or more years of business analysis experience supporting medium-sized initiatives.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Experience with eliciting requirements and writing clear documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Capture, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
• Facilitate meetings with IT and business unit management and staff.
• Understand the business domain, processes, systems, data, and linkages to create project deliverables.
• Participate in, or lead, business process analysis to identify requirements.
• Partner with test teams to prepare testing strategies and execution plans that map to requirements.
• Provide guidance for reporting documentation and how-to requirements.
• Engage in all project lifecycle phases to ensure requirements are understood and met.
• Define or refine business needs for new or enhanced products, services, or processes.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and consult to understand goals and objectives.
