Qualifications

Three+ years of business analysis experience supporting medium-sized initiatives.
Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced knowledge of business modeling and requirements elicitation.
Insurance domain experience preferred with Guidewire background.

Responsibilities

Capture, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
Facilitate meetings with IT and business unit management and staff.
Understand the business domain, processes, data, and linkages to create deliverables.
Participate in or lead business process analysis to identify requirements.
Partner with test teams to prepare testing strategies and plans.
Provide guidance for reporting documentation and how-to requirements.
Engage in all project lifecycle phases to ensure needs are met.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and consult to understand goals.
