Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks an Autonomous Learning Engineer with 10+ years in AI, RL, and DL to design, train, and deploy autonomous decision systems. Strong Python and DL framework expertise (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX) is required, along with hands-on RL libraries and simulation environments for production readiness.

The role is 100% remote in the U.S. with direct W2 employment and a competitive salary range. Sponsorship is limited to certain visa statuses; relocation is not addressed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in AI, ML, DL, or RL.
• Expert-level Python and DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
• Experience with RL libraries such as Ray RLlib, Stable-Baselines3, CleanRL, or Acme.
• Hands-on with simulation environments (Gymnasium/OpenAI Gym, MuJoCo, Unity ML-Agents, NVIDIA Omniverse).
• Experience deploying AI on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of RL theory, optimization, probability, and stochastic processes.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced reinforcement learning solutions for autonomous systems.
• Architect scalable RL training pipelines using distributed computing and GPUs.
• Build simulation environments for training/validating RL agents.
• Develop and evaluate modern RL algorithms, reward models, and policy optimization techniques.
• Lead RL architecture decisions and mentor engineers on best practices.
• Collaborate with researchers and product teams to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions.
