Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in CS/ML or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of RL research and engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and modern DL frameworks.
• Experience with major RL libraries or in-house RL stacks.
• Understanding of probability, optimization, and RL theory.
• Experience designing reward functions for complex environments.
• Experience training neural policies on GPU clusters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; track record of RL work.
