Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior IT Manager–Smart Automation and Platforms to lead a remote team of engineers and platform architects responsible for scalable automation solutions across UiPath, ServiceNow, Power Automate, and AI.

You will drive platform strategy, architecture, and governance while aligning automation initiatives with business goals to accelerate growth, improve efficiency, and ensure secure, reliable execution across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering and automation.
3+ years leading application, automation, or smart platform teams.
Expertise with UiPath, ServiceNow, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and AI integrations.
Agile delivery and DevOps practices for automation (CI/CD).
Senior IT Manager role overseeing automation platforms remotely.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, tech leads, and platform architects.
Own roadmap, strategy, standards, operating model, and adoption plan for automation tools.
Drive architectural vision and code quality across cloud and on‑prem systems.
Embed AI tools into workflows to enhance automation.
Establish governance for secure, auditable automation development.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and report benefits.
