Job summary

SysTechCorp Inc. seeks a Senior Automation & Integration Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise automation, integration, AI, and digital platform solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, ServiceNow, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and more.

The role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership, guiding modernization through automation and AI-enabled workflows. You will mentor teams and shape enterprise platform strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software engineering, automation, integration, or platform development.
• Strong API development and enterprise integration experience.
• Experience in code-first and low-code development environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise SaaS technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise apps, APIs, and integrations.
• Develop REST APIs, web services, and event-driven integrations.
• Build secure solutions with enterprise auth standards.
• Design patterns linking cloud, SaaS, and on-prem platforms.
• Create automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, APIs, and workflows.
• Automate processes across enterprise platforms with monitoring and resiliency.
• Support deployment automation, CI/CD, and platform lifecycle management.
• Administer Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI environments.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and governance for platforms.
• Integrate AI with Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, ServiceNow, and Azure.
• Develop ServiceNow integrations, scripted REST APIs, and workflows.
• Provide architecture guidance and mentorship to delivery teams.
