Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Software Automation Engineer for Ontada's product ecosystem. Lead automated testing across UI, API, backend, and data layers with an emphasis on AI-enabled systems.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and MLOps to validate traditional workflows and AI-driven behaviors, including RAG and model-integrated services. Responsibilities include crafting test strategies, building robust automation frameworks, and integrating tests into CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive Software Quality Assurance experience.
• 2 years of hands-on test automation development.
• 2 years of API testing and automation experience.
• 2 years of backend testing with SQL/NoSQL.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute test strategy, planning, and execution for features or product areas.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites across UI, API, service, and data layers.
• Validate AI/GenAI features and ensure compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Eng, and MLOps to ensure testability and release readiness.
