Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Associate Quality Engineer with a solid foundation in test automation, API testing, and performance validation. With 2+ years of experience, you will support the development and execution of testing strategies to ensure reliability and performance of our software products.

You will develop automated tests using Selenium or Playwright, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in test automation, API testing, and performance validation.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright.
• Support CI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
• Perform API testing with Postman or REST Assured.
• Assist in performance/load testing with JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Collaborate with Dev, Ops, and Product teams to embed quality.
• Document and manage test cases and results in Jira or TestRail.
• Analyze results, report defects, and support root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements and new testing technologies.
