Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 5+ years of controls engineering experience in continuous manufacturing.
• 10+ years preferred for senior responsibilities and project leadership.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship needed.

Responsibilities

• Plant engineering: act as the primary internal engineering resource for control systems.
• Strategic projects: lead and standardize controls across plants and new facilities.
• Troubleshooting: provide remote and on-site support to optimize line performance.
