Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of workflow automations and integrations.
Modernize Automation Anywhere solutions and migrate/work across platforms like Power Automate.
Partner across CX to identify opportunities and build a pipeline of automation initiatives.
Monitor production automations, troubleshoot, and communicate incidents and status.
Manage multiple initiatives with clear milestones and documentation for maintenance.
