Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in workflow automation or related field.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting production automations.
• Experience with Power Automate and enterprise automation platforms.
• Ability to lead cross-functional automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain workflow automations across platforms.
• Modernize Automation Anywhere solutions; migrate to Power Automate.
• Partner with CX to identify automation opportunities and measure impact.
• Monitor production automations and provide rapid incident response.
• Document processes and establish testing and support standards.
• Support data workflows and dashboards with data partners.
