Mobilitas is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing analytics and mentorship for a nationwide remote team. The role involves client interactions, cross‑functional collaboration, and directing pricing projects for commercial auto Insurance.

The position emphasizes leadership, strategic insight, and strong communication to drive pricing decisions and high-value outcomes for clients across the United States.

Qualifications

BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area; 5 years post‑bachelor experience required.
Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area; 3 years experience required in personal lines or commercial insurance.
ACAS/FCAS credentials are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytics projects.
Oversee analyses, support business decisions, ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
Recruiting, interviewing, performance appraisals, salary actions, and staff development.
