Job summary

Mobilitas is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing and analytics for the auto portfolio. You will coach analysts, oversee analyses, and guide pricing strategy while communicating results to clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes leadership, market awareness, and the ability to balance business results with human resources responsibilities. Remote work is available across the United States with Hawaii and Alaska excluded.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• Requires strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills.
• Have a solid understanding of the market landscape.
• Requires the ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions, ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with internal/external stakeholders and communicate insights.
• Review work of Consultants/Analysts and ensure project completion.
• Manage teams' time/workload and advise leadership on tradeoffs.
