CohnReznick is seeking an Advisory Senior Associate to join the Technical Accounting team within CFO Advisory. The role supports CFOs from startups to middle market companies, guiding accounting infrastructure and transactional support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CMA or CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting/finance experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations: AP/AR, posting, reconciliation.
• Close month-end and year-end processes.
• Assist with internal and external audits for compliance.
• Prepare financial statements and budgets; analyze financial status.
• Develop and document accounting policies; strengthen controls.
