Job summary

IllTip is seeking a Senior Associate, Payer Growth Strategy and Operations for a remote US role. You will maintain CRM systems, dashboards, and pipeline reviews to keep leadership informed of opportunities and milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth strategy, sales or revenue operations, consulting, healthcare or similar analytical environment.
• Hands-on use of CRM and reporting tools to keep commercial data accurate.
• Experience managing deadline-driven projects such as proposals or contracts with multiple contributors.
• Strong written and presentation skills for senior leaders and external audiences.
• Comfort working with both quantitative and qualitative information.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with adaptable priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM, pipeline trackers, dashboards and operating reviews for leadership visibility into opportunities and milestones.
• Build account plans and stakeholder maps for priority payer organizations and prepare meeting briefs and executive materials.
• Coordinate inputs, owners, timelines and approvals for RFIs, RFPs, proposals and contracting across internal teams.
• Run analyses on market segments, health plans and partnership opportunities, and turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Serve as a central coordination point with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Clinical and Analytics on payer leads and deals.
• Collaborate across teams to support payer deals and drive growth initiatives.
