Job summary

Cornelis Networks, Inc. seeks a Senior ASIC Verification Engineer to lead verification for high-performance SoCs used in AI and HPC interconnects. You will define verification strategy, build UVM testbenches, and drive coverage to completion.

You will collaborate with design, software, emulation, and silicon validation teams; remote within the United States; strong background in 50G/100G/400G Ethernet, TCP/IP, RDMA, IPSec, and AI-assisted test planning highly desired.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC verification.
• Experience with multiple clock/reset domains in complex SoCs.
• Proficiency in RTL debugging and bug closure with Verdi or equivalent.
• Experience with revision control systems like Git or SVN.

Responsibilities

• Define SOC-level verification strategy and planning.
• Develop UVM environments to verify RTL at block, unit, and SoC levels.
• Develop and execute functional tests per verification plans.
• Instrument TB for coverage and drive to closure via metrics.
• Collaborate with design, software, emulation, and silicon validation teams.
