Job summary

Onward Search, a healthcare marketing agency client, seeks an experienced Art Supervisor to shape and execute integrated pharmaceutical campaigns for HCPs and patient audiences. This is a remote, contract role blending big-picture concept work with hands-on design and execution.

Candidates bring 5–8 years in pharmaceutical advertising at the Art Director or Art Supervisor level, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in pharmaceutical advertising at Art Director or Art Supervisor level.
• Portfolio showing conceptual campaign development and executional design.
• Strong visual design, typography, layout and branding with Adobe CC and Figma.
• Experience creating promotional materials for HCPs and/or patients; interpreting scientific content.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical MLR review processes and strong presentation/communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Copywriters and Creative Directors to develop campaigns and visuals.
• Design and execute creative for digital, print, CRM, social, websites, emails and sales materials.
• Translate scientific content into engaging visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency and prepare assets for MLR review and production.
• Present concepts and rationale while coordinating with cross-functional teams and deadlines.
