Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a seasoned Art Supervisor to lead concept development and design for integrated advertising campaigns in pharma and medical devices. You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with copywriters, and ensure high-quality, on-brand output across client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts or equivalent.
• Minimum 6-10 years creative experience, with at least 4 years in pharmaceutical advertising.
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced PC or Mac experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Independently conceptualize, develop and design content based on strategic direction.
• Work with senior art staff and copywriters to develop concept and layout for client, in-house, and new business projects.
• Prepare detailed layouts and storyboards.
• Timely turnaround on assignments.
• Monitors overall quality of agency creative output and provides direction and leadership.
• Present creative in client meetings as requested.
