Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead the conception and design of integrated advertising campaigns. You will manage the creative process, ensuring work is strategically aligned, creatively compelling, and delivered on time and within budget.

Collaborate with senior staff and copywriters, develop concepts, and oversee layouts from concept to final production. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in digital agency environments.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of creative/creative management experience in a digital agency.
• Pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Independently conceptualize and design content based on strategic direction.
• Collaborate with senior art staff and copywriters on concepts and layouts.
• Prepare detailed layouts and storyboards for client and in-house projects.
• Ensure timely turnaround and adherence to budgets.
• Lead entry-level designers and outsource freelancers as needed.
• Present creative in client meetings and maintain project timelines.
