Job summary

Legion Technologies seeks a deeply technical Chief Architect to own architecture and technical decisions for its AI-driven Workforce Management platform. You will lead from code to strategy, driving scalable, secure systems across multi-tenant enterprise environments.

The role requires 15+ years building mission-critical software, strong cloud and distributed-systems expertise, and the ability to balance performance, cost, and customer trust while mentoring senior engineers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience building and scaling large-scale software systems.
• Hands-on hands-on architect with senior leadership experience.
• Experience with AI/ML/optimization/forecasting in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the architectural direction for Legion’s AI-driven Workforce Management platform.
• Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and implementation planning.
• Define long-term architecture, standards, and migration paths while ensuring uptime and reliability.
• Balance complexity, speed, and reliability in high-scale environments.
